Stamp Storage and Copic Coloring

October 19, 2010

Hi Everyone,
I’ve been going through some of my stamps and organizing them. I had about 50 CD cases of the $1 clear stamps that I’ve had forever and needed to do something with since I’m running out of room on my CD rack. I was surfing YouTube for some ideas and found THIS. SOOOO I spent some time organizing and moved the $1 stamps to binders. I’m actually thinking about getting everything in binders now….I’ll post more when I’m done….

While I was working on my stamps I felt the need to play with my Copic’s. Here is a video of some coloring. Nothing special just a quick video….

Have a great day….

Whiff of Joy Stamps

July 3, 2010

Hi All,
First I wanted to take a minute and say thanks to all that helped me test  and participated in the commenting yesterday. I so enjoyed and loved being able to be in touch with you. That was fun…You left a comment, I replied, some of you replied again AWESOME!. And a few even replied to others. That is just great. It’s a little built in message forum….

EDITED TO ADD: If you have a TJ Maxx in your area and are looking for the XL Eyelets by We R Memory Keepers, go and check them out. We (me and mom) found some at our local store and have heard of others that found them at their stores. They are $1.99 for the bulk packs. Mine only had the yellow and tan. They also had a few package of the 24 pack multi colored eyelets too.

Oh wow! I just love the Whiff of Joy stamps….I started this one the other day, but haven’t decided yet what to do with it….Card? Tag?

Supplies:

Update on my Copic image….

June 8, 2010

Hi all,

The other day I posted a picture of a downloaded stamp that I purchased from The Greeting Farm . I had a great time playing with my Copics. (click here to see my post and the maker #’s I used)….
Here are a few pictures of a card that I made using the image I colored.
The pattern paper is from K&Co (you know how I love K&CO) sorry I don’t remember what collection…I used the Label 3 Nestabilities for the frame and a Prima flower for a little accent on on my card. The “Thank You” sentiment is from MyPinkStampers newest stamp collection…I used my Stampin’ Up word window punch with the modern label punch on the sentiment….
Friday is my birthday and like last year I would like to do a little giveaway to celebrate. It may not necessarily be on Friday, since I’m swamped at work this week and don’t know if I’ll get out to purchase my giveaway…so stay tuned…
Hope you are having a great day….
Hugs,

Playing with my Copic markers

June 5, 2010

So after having these markers for over a year, I thought it was time to start playing. I downloaded some images from The Greeting Farm (thanks Arlene for the tip) to play with while I wait for my order from 7 kids College Fund. I messed up a little on her foot, but otherwise I don’t think it came out too bad…

I order more markers last night from Carpe Diem, so I’ll really be playing soon…I especially need the blender pen for when I make a boo boo 🙂

Here are the markers I used…(all Sketch)

Off to work on a few videos….Hope you are having a great weekend…
