Happy Valentine’s Day

February 14, 2011

Hi Everyone,
Happy Valentine’s day to you all. Scott and I went on a Valentine’s Day date Saturday. We very rarely go out without Ethan, so it was a treat to get some time just the two of us….We exchanged cards early this morning and Scott is just so cute. He made a “gift certificate” to order from Paper Trey Ink or craft vendor of my choice. He’s so sweet.

Today’s project is my Valentine card for Scott. Hmmm I wonder if he’ll watch the video??????

Supplies: K&Co Valentine Pattern Paper, Brown Bazzil Cardstock, Martha Stewart Rose Quartz Glitter, Sweethearts Cricut Cartridge, Cricut Gypsy, Zig Two way glue pen, ATG, Stampin’ Up! Dimensionals, Tombo Mono Multi Adhesive.

Hope you all have a great day and enjoy….

Paisley Video Series #3-Valentine Treat Bag

January 11, 2010

Happy Monday,
WOW! did that weekend go by fast or what?

So I used this video as an opportunity to get ahead for Valentine’s day and decide what I’m going to do for my son and his class friends.

Here is the video for today: Sorry that there are a few spots that get a little blurry. My still camera has HD video and the color quality over the Flip Mino HD is much better. Just got to work on the blur.

Supplies: Cricut Expression, Cricut Cartridge Paisley, Cricut Cartridge Storybook, Bazzill Cardstock, Stapler, Treat Bags (3 3/4×6) Stampin Up: “Happy Heart” stamp set, Riding Hood Red  Classic Ink, Riding Hood Red Ribbon and some treats of course.

Valentine

February 9, 2009

I’ve had the Paper Pups Cartridge since I got my Cricut over a year ago and never used it. When I asked Ethan what he wanted on his Valentine’s for school he said “A Dog”. I finally got to use the cartridge and really love how these Valentine’s came out. Not too much and not too little. I made 30 this afternoon while my hubby was down cleaning out the basement. Our treadmill was in my parents garage for over a year and yesterday I decided it was time to get my butt in gear.

I used the sizzix top note die, Paper Pups cartridge, and punched out the from: with Stampin’ Up! 3 heart punch

My Little Mailbox

January 3, 2009

This was so much fun to make. The mailbox is from the dollar spot at Target and the little hearts I cut out with the Cricut (doodlecharms cart). I can’t wait to make more for my nieces for Valentine’s day.

This one will go to my son’s teacher.

Thanks for looking

I'm absolutely thrilled to share an exciting creative project that I recently completed for @teamspellbinders . This particular piece was crafted using the beautiful and intricate dies from this month's Stitched Die Club collection. After experimenting with different possibilities, I decided to make my creation into a decorative tag.
