Matchbox…

April 9, 2009

Thursday is supposed to be a beautiful day. Sunny and 60 debgrees. I wish I wasn’t working today.

I just love the Matchbox die that is in the mini catalog. It is so much fun to work with. You can use solid cardstock, designer paper, clear sheets and the matching stamp set is great too. This one is made using Tangerine Tango Designer paper, pretty in pink ribbon and cardstock, and I also used the Lovely Labels stamp set.

I really need to spend some time cleaning my office. It is a mess. I’ve got punches, paper, ink pads everywhere. I’m also working on updating my SU! catalog to reflect the stamp sets I own. That’s a job. Hope you all have a great day.

Easter Basket

March 30, 2009

Good Monday all,
Kind of a blah morning. Not a good way to start the work week.

I used the 2-4-6-8 box method on this Easter Basket.
It’s it cute?

You’ll need the following supplies for today’s projects

Pink Pirouette Cardstock and ink pad. Old Olive Cardstock, Corduroy Button brads, 1-1/4 circle punch, 1-3/8 circle punch, scallop circle punch, sweet stems stamp set, crop-o-dile (or something to punch holes for the brads) and the scallop edge punch.

Don’t forget you only have 2 more days left to place your sale-a-bration orders.

Heres a video on how to assemble today’s project:

Have a great Monday!

Pillow Box

March 28, 2009

It’s Saturday. I have so much housework to do it’s crazy.

Yesterday we received very sad news…My husbands Grandmother passed. We called her Great Nana Vital. Love You Great Nana.

Today’s project is the Pillow Box die from Sizzix. I really love SU’s Certainly Celery Designer Paper.
The stamp set is from Yummy and the ribbon is certainly celery. Don’t forget Sale-a-bration ends in a few days. But the new Mini Catalog comes out Wednesday.

Punches, Punches, Punches

March 24, 2009

I have really started to love punches. I never was into them before, but now I love them. I can’t get enough.

Today’s card is all punches. You can add a sentiment on the bottom of the card or not. Whatever you prefer. I saw this really cute project a few weeks ago and I’m working on it. Hope to have it ready to post tomorrow.

Today’s video I used Baja Breeze cardstock, Walk in the Park designer paper, Baja Breeze Ribbon, Scallop Edge punch, Trio of Flowers punch, and not shown on either the video or the picture I rounded the corners.

Enjoy and sorry if the volume is not loud enough.

I'm absolutely thrilled to share an exciting creative project that I recently completed for @teamspellbinders . This particular piece was crafted using the beautiful and intricate dies from this month's Stitched Die Club collection. After experimenting with different possibilities, I decided to make my creation into a decorative tag.
