Yesterday I started this really cute project that I found on Custom Crops You Tube channel.
I used the paisley on page 64 of the Paisley Cartridge. I love love love how this came out.
First I painted the letters with acrylic paint and then traced the letters on 4 different pattern papers. I then cut and distressed the letters using my Tim Holtz distressing tool. After I adhered the paper to the letters I then used Tim Holtz Distressed ink (frayed burlap) to ink the edges.
This is a close up of the paisley I cut. I used all the papers I picked for the letters to make the layers. Love It!
Have a great Sunday!

Love it, love it, love it. Love everything about it, the colours you chose and the distressing and the paisley. It's so much nicer than the Custom Crops one (sorry Custom crops).Linda
Beautiful! You had a very productive weekend.
How beautiful. I wish I could get the video to play. I love to watch your "informative" videos.Lee Ellenwigellen@aol.com
What a wonderful idea to put something on the blank wall above my crafting desk!!!! Thank you Christina & Custom Crops for all the wonderful ideas you come up with! Christina I just can't wait for all your new videos, they really make a lot of my evenings more pleasant. I have an ailing DH and we are not too active. My crafts help pass the time. JR
Love it! off to Joann's… π
Those letters turned out really nice! Great job. PS-Since you started the "paisley" series I had to go buy that cart!!!
That turned out great!!! I was thinking that maybe the embelishments (paisley) could be attached with velcro. Then they could be changed out with the seasons. Or is that just overkill?!!
BEAUTIFUL. I love how they turned out and the colors are great. Oh I got the Paisley cart so now I can follow along with you π
I love this cart, but it is nice to see the cuts used in a more subtle colors. What a great project, thank you for sharing : )

Love that distress look it is fabulous your project I mean. I didn't think I wanted the paisley cart but on second thought looking at your project I think I am going to get this as soon as budget allows. I just got the Hanna Montana, from my kitchen, winter woodland and pagoda. Need to learn these first and buy new ones later. TYFS
