Another Art Philosophy Project

September 20, 2011

Hi Everyone,
Oh man! my sinus’ are a mess today. YUCK! it’s never good when you wake up with a headache! and it’s also ☔which doesn’t help the head….
I am having a blast with the Art Philosophy Cartridge. This is one of the 3D projects you can do. I cut the box on the first page of the manual at 8in. and three of the flower on page 69 (shift function of the font layer) @ 1-1/2″, 2″, and 2-1/2″. I also used the chipboard elements that coordinated with this stamp too. I decide to cut the flowers and label shape with a textured card stock and I love the distressed look it gives the image.

I thought this would be great for a gift card. I’m going to make a few of these for Christmas this year and give them to my older nephews with their favorite store gift cards.

Thats all for today☺
I’ll be back tomorrow with another video featuring Art Philosophy.

Paper Trey Ink Hip Hip Hooray

August 30, 2010

Hip Hip Hooray it’s Monday…..What? Monday? What a nice weekend. Saturday I stayed home and hung out with Scott and Ethan and yesterday I worked in the afternoon and then went to my niece’s 17th birthday party. Had such a great time hanging with my two older nephews and all of my family.

Last night I made this card, just to play with my new Paper Trey Ink stuff. I only have a few PTI inks, but I think I’m gonna have to start a collection….

I’m loving October Afternoon, I ordered mine from BlueMoonScrapbooking, but it’s kinda an older pad so it’s a little hard to find. I did link below to other October Afternoon products at BlueMoonScrapbooking.

Here’s todays video

supplies: October Afternoon Fly a kite 8×8 pad, Paper Trey Ink Labels #3 stamp and die set, Paper Trey Ink Hawaiian Breeze and Vintage Cream Cardstock, Paper Trey Ink Hawaiian Breeze Stitched Ribbon, Paper Trey Ink Hawaiian Breeze and Orange Zest Ink

and we can’t forget a picture of today’s card…

Have a great day…

I'm absolutely thrilled to share an exciting creative project that I recently completed for @teamspellbinders . After experimenting with different possibilities, I decided to make my creation into a decorative tag.
