Halloween Mini Album

October 15, 2010

Hi Everyone,
About two weeks ago Generations Crafting had a great deal on the Basic Grey Eerie collection. The kit had everything in it that was available in the Eerie Collection. It was a limited time offer and I’m thrilled I got it. There was enough in the kit to make three or 4 mini’s…I had so much fun working on it last weekend, it was so nice and relaxing to sit and play and mess with stuff…..I’m listing the supplies I used below, but there are so many that I’ll have to link to them at another time (It’s 6:30am and I’m getting ready for work, so time is limited).

Here is a video

supplies: Basic Grey Eerie collection, Prima Flowers, Tim Holtz Alterations Die, UTEE (Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel), Tulle, Black Silk Ribbon, Binding Rings, Tim Holtz Grunge, Green Silk Ribbon, Celebrations mini sack, Sizzix Retro Fram, Webster pages Pleated Ribbon, Happy Hauntings Cricut Cartridge, Lindy’s Stamp Gang Halloween Sprays, Prima Halloween Bling, Prima Bling, Scallop Envelope, Spot and Dots Cuttlebus Embossing folder, Tim Holtz Picket Fence on the Edge Die

and a few photos:

Have a great Friday and enjoy your weekend….

Pink Paislee Mini Album

August 25, 2010

Hi Everyone,
Last weekend when my mojo returned I was feeling a mini album coming on….

I used the Pink Paislee 365 degree papers to cover the pages of the alum. It measures about 3 1/2 x 4 inches and I had so much fun making it. It didn’t take long at all to put together. I tried to leave lots of space for pictures.
Anyway here are a few pictures.

Have a great day…

Mini Tag Book

June 8, 2010

Hi everyone…
Over the weekend I did a little mini tag book. I was just playing around really with nothing in mind. I ordered some Moon Shadow Mist from Lindy’s Stamp Gang and wanted to try it out. It’s really fun to work with. Kinda like a Glimmer Mist, but has a really neat two-tone look. It’s fun to play…

Hope you enjoy….

here is a listing of the products I used….

Lindy’s Stamp Gang-Moon Shadow Mist; K&Co. paper (Amy Butler Sola Mat pad); We R Memory Keepers XL Grommets, Prima Lace, E-line Prima Flowers, Pearls (beading section-Walmart) K&Co Handmade collection Alpha Stickers. Memories embellishment (Joann’s), Glue Gun (AdTech 2 temp)

Chunky Mini Book

May 25, 2010

Today’s project was a lot of fun and easy…

Marion from A Piece of Craft does live UStream videos for Prima Marketing every Tuesday night…..This was one of the projects she did last week and it was so easy to do….If you like origami you will love making this little book…I think the actual assembly of the book only took about an hour to make.

Here are a few pictures….

For the cover I used some Prima E-line flowers that I Glimmer Misted and add pearls to the centers. I also added a small piece of left over Prima gems from another project to the cover as well…

Here is another view of the book, just so you can see how chunky it really is…

and here was what the inside looks like…..

Wouldn’t this make a great brag book for your purse. You can fit some wallet size photo’s in here and toss it in your purse.

Have a great Tuesday….

Mini Album

April 11, 2010

Finished another mini. I really have a great time making these. This one is made using the K&Co Handmade collection from Michael’s. There is so much to this collection that you can make a more than one album,  just with a 12×12 pad and a few of the embellishments from the collection. Love It!

In the video I mention that I got my fibers from Creative Fiber Arts. Click HERE.

Hope you are having a great weekend.

Hugs,
