I love this cute little set from Newton’s Nook. Really how cute is it…Coffee and Kitties? Hello! Adorable! ha
The card base is a standard A2 top fold card (4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″). I used some pattern paper from a Teresa Collins paper pad that I have in my stash. I also used my favorite die set from Simon Says Stamp, Stitched Rectangle Die.
For the background of the top mat section, I used my Antique Linen Mini Distress Ink with the Tim Holtz Spattered stencil to create that coffee stain look that is usually on my desk anyway.
The kitty (I named him Herman, Scott that is for you) is stamped with Archival Black ink and colored with Prisma Pencils (PC1099, PC 1051, PC 1070, PC 1018).
For the greeting I stamped it out with a sentiment from the same Newton’s Nook stamp set on some scrap from the pattern paper. I flagged the end and popped it up on the card. To give is some dimension I added some platinum gold thread.

Finally, to finish off the card I sprinkled some pink sequins.
