Hi everyone,
Happy Monday/Tuesday! I hope you had a great weekend. We finally had some nice weather so I did a little yard work yesterday and a little shopping to update my spring/summer wardrobe.
Today’s card is a spotlight style card using…yep….stitched dies. Did I even mention I love stitched dies? Oh I do…oh so much 🙂
{Supplies used for this project are listed below at the end of this blog post to multiple shopping sources)
I die cut some Neenah solar white cardstock with the SSS stitched rectangle dies and then stamped out the balloons from Simon Says “Celebrate” stamp set using some of their inks.
To do the spotlight sections, I die cut a smaller stitched die around the balloon area and then popped it up on some black cardstock.
For the sentiment I used Lawn Fawn’s Scripty Sayings stamp set along the bottom of the die cut area.

Such fun card! Perfect for anyone, too. Did you stamp it twice, or have the raised portion in place and stamp once?

These are very creative and unique card ideas. These can also be helpful for Summer/Spring wedding invitations. Thanks for inspiring us.

Beautiful card. I think I'm finally convinced to get those rectangle dies. I too love the double stitching.
