Hi Everyone,
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas. It was super laid back and relaxing here. We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning with my family. Friday Scott’s parents came for a visit and we exchanged gifts and then last night we spent a few hours of their house with my brother-in-law and his family. Lots of laughs and good eats this holiday season.

I don’t know about you, but for me at the end of the year I always need to do something around the house. Kind of like a way to start off the new year fresh. Last year I painted two bedrooms and redecorated. This year I painted our dining room, living room, and entry way. Three day painting marathon but I love how clean and simple the house looks and how much brighter it is now. Now I’m ready to spend the rest of my vacation hanging with my two favorite guys and doing a little crafting.

I can’t believe it’s only 6 more days until Christmas. I did get all the presents wrapped and I thought I was done with shopping, but I just thought of two more things I need to buy…So out into the busy shopping world I go this weekend. I need to do my grocery shopping anyway and get all those good eats we need for Christmas Day…Anyway on to today’s flashback video.
Today’s video is another Gelatos video doing the emboss resist technique. I really love that soft brownish/krafty color.

Thank you so much for all your sweet comments and emails from yesterday’s blog post. It means the world to me.

First, I want to share a card I whipped up last night for fun. I had a little time and my Copic Markers had been calling me to play. It was so nice to sit down and play just for fun.
A while back I picked up this really cute stamp set by Newton’s Nook. Oh My Gosh! They have the cutest little kitty images ever. I just love love love them. That kitty is just soo adorable!

Hi Everyone,
I want to thank all of you who have ordered, hosted a party, or have been a part of a club through Stampin’ Up!. It’s been an amazing and fun year and half. Your support has meant the world to me and I greatly appreciate all of you.
Recently I find myself with very little time to craft. I’ve only been in my craft room in the past month a few times and it was to wrap Christmas presents or to check email. After thinking long and hard I decided that effective Dec 31st I will be retiring from Stampin’ Up!.
I will leave the link up for ordering Stampin’ Up! through my site until the 31st, so if there is anything you are looking for now is a good time to order. I love SU! products, but I really want to get back to just crafting for fun and making videos for fun rather than making a business out of it. I miss the days of going in my craft space to relax and enjoy my favorite pasttime. January 2015 is my goal to get back to crafting for fun and making videos for you all to enjoy.

Thank you all for your love and support not only though my Stampin’ Up! journey but throughout the years of blogging and making videos.

I always take the month of December off from blogging and making videos to enjoy the holiday and spend time with my family. I’m in love with these distress spray stains by Tim. Especially the metallic ones. Oh my! they are amazing! I’m already thinking of all the dark card stocks I can test these sprays out on 🙂 happy mess!
