Hi Everyone,
Today’s video is a “Cricut How To” video using Cricut Craftroom. If you haven’t had a chance to play with it yet, you should try it out. I’m loving it and can’t wait until we can share our cartridges that we have loaded on our Gyspys with CCR. I asked Santa to bring me the wireless adaptor for my Expression2 so I don’t have to move my machine every time I want to cut. Oh and did you see you can download cartridges now? Oh boy this could be bad…lol. The other day there was only a few cartridges. Now there are lots and lots more.
Enjoy today’s video

I’m going to do a little laundry today, Christmas shopping and then wrap a few presents. After that I have a program to attend at work…but I do hope to be back this weekend with a project video using “Sweater Weather”. Yesterday was Hello Thursday. Check out the new cartridges HERE
Have a great day everyone 🙂
Hugs,
Good morning. As usual, a great tutorial. Once I'm brave enough to even update my G, I will have to try this. In the meantime, if I design on CCR and own the cartridge, can I cut as long as I insert my cart into the E or the Mini I just ordered? Hope someone has an answer to that!
Thank you! Your tutorial was perfect and I was able to do it with no problem. Now my files are on my Gypsy that I can take with me to my weekend crop. You have impeccable timing;)
@ Charlotte: Yep you can design on CCR and use the cartridge in the Expression or the Mini. Ohhh I can't wait to get my mini. I caved and ordered…It's the cutting of felt that made me want to buy. Hugs, Christina
Thanks for the tutorial Christina, it was just what I needed!
Christina, I believe that right now you can only use the wireless adaptor to update the E2 and not to cut. Hopefully that will change.

LOL, I sent a message to CCR just a few days ago to ask this very question. They sent me the answer last evening. I will go and watch the video but I also have the step-by-step instructions also. If you want them email me and I will send them out to you. Hope this is OK Christina.DorothyPTCHWRK@comcast.netPlease state CRICUT INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for this tutorial…I will try this…..
Christina, I had an E2 with the wireless adapter and found out I could only update the E2, but could not cut “wirelessly”. So I returned the machine because this was the main reason I bought the machine.
Ah I wish I had seen this yesterday, I did a huge design with 10 carts and had to insert each on into my Imagine, and then I had to redo the design as I used a Gypsy Wanderings file and lo and behold it is not in CCR and I have no cart so to speak to plug it in. Thanks for the video!-Kemma
So smart! I didn't want to deal with the pain of inserting all of the cartridges, but this makes total sense! Can't wait to play with it!
Cristina search on the wireless.. still not available to use to send the cutting tools, is so far just for updates.. is my understanding.. I just got it after winning $40 from the project cart and then got on wednesday with there deals and no shipping got it for about $8. and then when I try it.. machine didnt recognize.. so now I have to update machine to see if it will work.. the usual run around….thanks for the demo on the CCR…
Christina, I believe you can get the wireless adapter on ebay for $10, just type in usb wireless adapter. My friend did this and it works great. Just make sure you get one long enough to stick out of the machine. She was nervous to try it but figured she'd only be out $10 if it didn't work. She was excited to get to use the wireless feature now and no huge expense. Hope this helps.
